Let Go to Connect to God’s Spirit

God is spiritual because you cannot use your physical senses to experience Him. While His creation is in the physical, He, Himself, is not. The nonphysical experience happens within your mind but impacts your body and how you experience the external world.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the bliss of the spirit of God. His intense love, happiness, joy, contentment changed my life. One night in the fall of 2016, during a meditation session, I dropped to my knees after His presence hit my entire body like a strike of lightning, and I haven’t been the same. To this day, His intense love and peace cover my entire mind and body. It’s like living in a spiritual paradise.

This is a blessing God wants to give us, His creation. His spirit created the world in which we live, and He desires to be fully present as we live, experience, and create in this world. His desire for us is good. It is for us to live in spiritual paradise and return to the Garden of Eden by opening ourselves to His spirit. We need to let ourselves go and allow our bodies to become a dwelling place for His spirit, to create deep intimacy with God, and allow His spirit within us to transform the world by changing ourselves. This is the most beneficial act that we can do for our creator for the wicked world we live in.
